Wilsonville Concrete MDNS
The public comment period for the Wilsonville Concrete MDNS has closed.
The proposed project is an aggregate landing yard and concrete batch plant at the Port of Woodland with construction planned to occur in 2025. The aggregate landing yard will be served by aggregate barges that will transport aggregate to the site that will be either sold or used for the production of ready-mix concrete.
The Port of Woodland has determined that this proposal, as mitigated, will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This MDNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2).
