The Port of Woodland will be advertising the Rose Way Industrial Park phase 1 of construction with 12-acre site infrastructure improvements and the road construction of Rose Way. It is anticipated to start early this summer and wrap up around the end of the year. Once underway with site construction, the Port will be advertising for architectural design firms for a range of one to three buildings that would be constructed on the site come 2022. It is further anticipated that buildings will be constructed and ready in 2022 for leasing. Funding for Rose Way Industrial Park comes from US Department of Commerce, WA State CERB, Cowlitz County Board of Commissioners .09 Rural Development Funds and Port taxes and real estate transactions.
