A&E Consulting Services
1670 Schurman Way Building Space Design and Engineering of Existing Office Space

The Port of Woodland is seeking A&E consulting for 1670 Schurman Way office space on property owned by the Port of Woodland in Woodland, Washington built in 2008. Contact person is Grant Jensen, Maintenance Supervisor at maintenance@portofwoodland.com or 360-225-6555 (maintenance option).

SCOPE OF WORK

The selected consultant will review the current constructed improvements within the 1670 Schurman Way building (referenced as Lot 4 of Schurman Way Industrial Park) of the office space in the front portion of the building that is approximately 1,450 SF. The selected consultant will design modifications to the space to accommodate a second-floor usable space with a determination of allowable uses for the Port to consider. These modifications may include addressing as-is first story office structure. The selected consultant will present their recommendations to the Commission for direction on final engineering and developing bid documents for the Port to be able to move to construction phase.

Proposers interested in the project are required to participate in a pre-submission view of the office space on January 21, 2020 at 10 am at the 1670 Schurman Way building. Those interested shall meet at the front of the building and will be met by Port Maintenance Supervisor Grant Jensen.  Any questions regarding the project must be submitted no later than January 28, 2020 by 5 PM. All responses will be delivered on the Port’s project website by January 30, 2020. Proposals are due to the Port of Woodland via electronic submission by February 14, 2020 by 5 PM. No later submissions will be accepted.
